Job Description

We’re looking for an Office and Culture Coordinator to join our team at Bambora! This is a full-time office-based position – you’ll work in the Victoria, BC office at least 3 days per week and the rest remote, with some flexibility. Reporting into the Managing Director, with a dotted line to the People & Talent Specialist (HR Generalist) and working in collaboration with all departments in the Zoo (what we call our office), the Office and Culture Coordinator’s role is integral in providing the most customer focused experience to Bambora’s internal clients (aka, our Bamborians!).
